Our CEO, L Theresa promotes principled leadership and commitment to our organizational culture. Her objectives are to promote a new form of HR and labor rights where diversity connects and interacts between different generations in companies, organizations and society, achieving greater success in results.  

 

Where things are done correctly encouraging everyone to do their best L. Theresa works on reviewing cases of violation of human rights and freedoms voluntarily with international members reviewing evidence, carrying out competent actions, finding and exposing the facts so that procedural lawyers act accordingly to defend people who are victims of injustice.

 

We carry out collaborative work as volunteer lawyers with International and European Union institutions as well as other organizations in the study of cases and evaluation of violations of human rights and freedoms.

 

Our CEO is totally committed and motivates us all to practice the principles of respect for human rights, determined to combat racism, hatred, violence against women, violation of children's rights, respect for diversity gender and defend equity and inclusion at all levels.

 

In our workspace at TF Human Resources we meet every Friday with staff where we share ideas, communications and reflect, learn, listen with empathy and will always actively participate in solutions with peaceful events in support of our beliefs in the fundamental principles of the human rights in our communities.

 

Our observation of what is happening worldwide is part of a commitment by all to raise awareness and promote the development of a fair, strong, respectful, informed and genuinely empathetic society.
